Naperville Police Arrest Assault Suspect
On Friday, July 28, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Naperville Police Officers responded to a report of an assault near Commissioner’s Park involving a 15-year-old female victim from Plainfield. Police have identified the offender as Christopher F. Tuczai, 20, of Rochester, New York.
Tuczai, who is formerly of Naperville and is reported to have met the victim online, has been charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Abuse, each a Class A Misdemeanor.
The Naperville Police wish to remind the public and the news media that a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
