Naperville Police Make Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On September 15th, 2017, at approximately 1:41 pm, Naperville Police Officers were dispatched to 500 block Fort Hill Drive, Naperville for a report of a male customer covertly recording females in a store. Officers arrived on scene and identified the subject as Daniel Martinez, age 36, of Naperville. Subsequent investigation implicated Martinez in this incident and he was arrested and charged with two counts of Disorderly Conduct.

The Naperville Police Department is looking for anyone else who might have had contact with Martinez at the 500 block of Fort Hill on Friday, September 15, or any other local retail establishments recently. Anyone having information regarding contact with Martinez is encouraged to contacted the Naperville Police Department’s Investigations Division at 630-420-6726.
