21st Century Policing

The Naperville Police Department prides itself on the relationship we have established with our diverse community. Our officers are educated, well trained professionals dedicated to working in partnership with our citizens to provide a safe place to live, work and conduct business.

We were pleased to discover that we already comply with, or will soon comply with, most of the provisions set forth in the report, which is divided into six pillars.
