Benchmark City Survey
2010

The Benchmark City Survey was originally designed in 1997 by a core group of Police Chiefs from around the country.  These chiefs sought to establish a measurement tool to help ensure that their departments were providing the best service possible within their respective communities.

Participating agencies can use the information obtained from the Benchmark City Survey to set goals and objectives, and compare their performance with agencies across the nation in various service areas.
