Tobacco License
Permitting, Plans and Licensing Portal Now Available
Customers are now able to apply for this license through the City’s Permitting, Plans and Licensing Portal. The new portal gathers all of the information needed to apply, pay for, and manage licenses in one convenient place. It is designed for use on a desktop/laptop computer.
Establishments selling any tobacco products and/or alternative nicotine products must be licensed in the City of Naperville.
Regulations regarding this type of permit are detailed in the City's Municipal Codebook (3-3).
