Capital Improvement Program
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a plan that summarizes all major capital expenditures planned over the next five years, with a listing of potential projects for the next 15 years. The CIP is comprised of a description of each adopted project, the financial requirements of the projects, and the financing sources. A project qualifies for inclusion in the CIP if it meets the following criteria:
