The City Clerk’s office maintains all city records including Council minutes, ordinances, resolutions and the city code, and handles all inquiries from the public on official city documents in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. The office also provides voter registration and licensing, and vehicle hangers for persons with disabilities.
Effective Monday, January 17, 2011, the City Clerk's Office will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

BASSET Training
Anyone selling or serving alcohol in Naperville is required by the city’s Liquor Ordinance and Liquor Commissioner to be certified by a certified BASSET trained instructor provided by the City of Naperville, and all BASSET training provided by the City of Naperville shall be conducted upon the premises of the Naperville Municipal Center.
