City bids and Requests for Proposals (RFP) are posted online at DemandStar.com for review and download. Click here to see the current list. Interested merchants can choose to download bid documents for a nominal fee. Documents for bid packets can also be downloaded directly from the City of Naperville's Web site. Vendors may also choose to subscribe to the DemandStar.com service and automatically receive notification when a formal sealed bid has been issued for their commodity or service.  Besides the notification feature, a $30 DemandStar.com annual subscription also allows vendors to download an unlimited number of documents at no additional charge.

As always, vendors are welcome to pick up solicitation documents in person at the Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle Street.  We recommend that salespersons schedule visits in advance by telephoning us for an appointment at (630) 420-6064.
