Location and Hours
The Finance Department is located on the first floor of the Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St.
The hours for the Finance Department are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Wednesday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Payment Options
Residents have several options by which they can pay their utility bill:
E-Bill
Using e-Bill, customers can view and store their bills online as well as pay using their credit card, an electronic funds transfer or direct debit. For more information about the e-Bill program, visit www.naperville.il.us/ebill.aspx.
In Person
Residents can also pay their utility bills in person during Finance Department office hours at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St.
Automated Credit Card Bill Pay
This program is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. This process provides enhanced customer security. Customers who choose this option will be charged a $3.50 convenience fee per $300.
