2016 Community Survey

The City of Naperville conducts citizen satisfaction surveys every few years to solicit feedback on public works, transportation, public safety, utility services and public information practices. The most recent survey was conducted in the fall of 2016 by ETC Institute.

The 2016 Community Survey was conducted to assess public satisfaction with the quality of City services, gather input about priorities for the community and help the City better understand how satisfaction levels have changed over time from previous surveys, the last of which was conducted in 2012.

The information obtained from the survey will be used by City officials to benchmark current practices, make service delivery decisions and as a critical resource in setting future goals.
