1. Bank Draft

Pay your utility bill automatically by having the total amount of your bill deducted from your checking or savings account at a bank, credit union or savings and loan. Bank draft eliminates late payments and associated penalty fees. Bank draft is free, with no monthly or enrollment fees.

To cancel a utility billing bank draft, please use the electronic form or send a written request to the Finance Department at 400 S. Eagle St., Naperville, IL 60540, or fax to (630) 305-6226. Please allow 30 days for the change to take effect.
