Burglary to Motor Vehicle Arrest

On Tuesday 08/02/16 at 9:07 a.m. the Naperville Police Department responded to the 800 block of Manchester Street in reference to an unwanted subject. Upon arrival officers met with the suspect who was exiting the residence. Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect was trespassing at the residence and in possession of stolen property from burglaries to motor vehicles that had occurred in the area.

The suspect was subsequently arrested and charged with two counts of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle as well as Criminal Trespass to a Building, and Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle.

Suspect information: Nicholas S. Bavol, M/W, 03/11/1996, 826 Manchester Street, Naperville Illinois 60563.

The Naperville Police wish to remind the public and the news media that a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
