Crime Stoppers Reward Offered for Information in Robbery Case

NAPERVILLE CRIME STOPPERS are offering up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of person(s) responsible for an incident that occurred on 08/10/2015 at approximately 8:00am in the area of Bailey Road and Shepard Drive.

While stopped in that intersection, the victim was rear ended by a black 4-door Ford Focus. Two male white subjects exited the vehicle and proceeded to physically assault and rob the victim of a large amount of cash. The suspects fled the scene and proceeded to elude the police, ending in a car crash at Aurora Avenue and Thornapple Drive. Both subjects exited the vehicle on foot. One of the subjects was apprehended several minutes later in the area, but the other subject has eluded capture since. The second subject has been described as male, white, thin build, approximately 5’11 – 6’00 feet tall, either bald or very short hair wearing dark colored pants and a dark colored sweatshirt or jacket.
