Crime Stoppers Reward Offered in Public Indecency Case

NAPERVILLE CRIME STOPPERS are offering up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of person(s) responsible for an incident of Disorderly Conduct/Public Indecency.

At 2:15 p.m. on July 15 in the area of Prairie and Charles avenues, a white male subject drove past a 15-year-old female riding a bicycle. The subject then drove his vehicle past the girl, stopped and exited the vehicle. The subject was completely naked, except for wearing a baseball hat. The subject stood facing her as she rode toward him. He covered his genitals and did not say anything as she rode past him. After she passed him, he entered his vehicle and drove away.

The subject is described as a white male, approximately 5’9”-6’3”, average build, clean shaven, appearing to be in his mid ‘40’s to early ‘50’s, wearing a red baseball hat, possibly with white lettering on it. A composite sketch of the offender is attached to this bulletin.

The subject’s vehicle is described as a white SUV, or possibly a pickup or utility style, possibly in beater condition.
