Naperville Police Investigate Armed Robbery

At approximately 12:12 p.m., on 12/20/2016, our officers responded to the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive for a report of a theft in progress. Upon arrival, officers learned that two subjects had stolen saw blades from the store. These same subjects were suspected of stealing saw blades on 12/17/2016 as well.

Officers also learned that Loss Prevention personnel had followed the subjects to the parking lot. Once the subjects entered their vehicle one of them displayed a handgun to store personnel. The subjects then left the area. Both were described as black males and the vehicle they left the scene in was a black sedan.
