Pay Online
The City of Naperville has partnered with Remit-Online.com to allow residents to pay their parking tickets on-line. Payment made after 2 p.m. Monday - Friday will be posted on the next business day. Payments made over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
Pay by Mail
Parking tickets may be paid by mail using the envelope provided. Please write the citation number on your check. Do not enclose correspondence with your payment. In order to avoid penalties, allow sufficient time for mailing.
Pay in Person
Payments may also be made in person at the Naperville Police Department, Records Section, 1350 Aurora Ave., Naperville, IL 60540. The Records Section is open 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Late Fines and Penalties
Fines and penalities are set by the Naperville City Council. These vary depending on the parking offense. For a complete list of fines and penalties, refer to ordinance 11-2B-11 in the Naperville Municipal Code.
Contest a Ticket
If you disagree with your citation, you may request a court date. Court dates are set by the Dupage County Court Clerk's Office. Once a court date is set, you will be notified by mail. On the scheduled date, you must appear at the Wheaton Court House, 505 County Farm Rd., Wheaton IL.
