Raffle Permits are regulated by the State of Illinois and are only issued to not-for-profit organizations. Articles of Incorporation or Charter must be submitted along with the application and $25 fee. Organizations must be incorporated at least five (5) years and the sales for raffle tickets may not exceed 180 days.
