Ribfest 2010
Ribfest will be held July 1-4, 2010 in Knoch Park in Naperville. Musical acts and vendors are not yet announced.
For more information about Ribfest or how to register your band to play or your company to participate in the BBQ contest, visit www.ribfest.net.
Please note that all information below refers to the 2009 Ribfest event. Details will change as the information is announced by the Naperville Exchange Club.
Important Notes:
Gates open to public at 7 p.m. for fireworks. No admittance into park after the fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.
A no re-entry policy after 7 p.m. will be in place.
The decision to close the gates of Ribfest due to crowd density is the decision of the City of Naperville Police Department in concert with Ribfest leadership. Their decision to close for public safety is based on the ability of people to get out of the park in case of emergency. Crowd density is determined by examination of the flow of people primarily by the Main Stage. If the walkways remain open and clear and people can move around, the city will keep our gates open.
