Culvert Wall Repair Along Ogden Avenue Begins Week of May 1

Lane Reductions Will Be in Place along Ogden between Royal St. George Drive and Benedetti Drive

Work by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to replace the culvert wall along Ogden Avenue over Cress Creek is anticipated to begin the week of May 1, pending weather or unforeseen circumstances.

To accommodate this construction, the curb lane of eastbound Ogden Avenue between Royal St. George and Benedetti drives at the creek will close to traffic between 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During this time, motorists should expect delays and use caution when traveling through the work zone. Signage will be posted to direct motorists appropriately. Work is anticipated to be complete in June.
