City of Naperville Now Accepting Applications for 2019 Special Events and Cultural Amenities Fund Grant Program

Completed applications must be submitted by July 17, 2018

The City of Naperville is now accepting applications for the 2019 Special Events and Cultural Amenities (SECA) Fund grant program. Applications and program requirements are available on the City’s website at

All qualified applicants must review the SECA Fund Manual, which is also available on the website, and must have attended one of the mandatory SECA Fund grant pre-application workshops held at the Naperville Municipal Center in May.

Applications must be completed and submitted to City staff by noon on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Late applications will not be accepted.

About the SECA Fund

The City of Naperville encourages celebrations of community that focus on the heritage, diversity and character of Naperville. In support of these activities, the City of Naperville established the SECA Fund in 2004 as “a separate fund used solely for the funding of social and artistic events and entities, providing cultural experiences for the Naperville community and its visitors.”
