Naperville Police Charge Naperville Man with Public Indecency

Naperville Police have arrested a Naperville man for public indecency/lewd exposure for an incident that occurred in a parking lot near Route 59 and 95th Street on or about December 29, 2017.

On Wednesday January 3, a Will County judge signed a warrant for the arrest of Luke Pigott, 24, of the 3500 block of Stackington Drive in Naperville. Pigott turned himself in Thursday morning, January 4th, and is charged with Public Indecency/Lewd Exposure, a class A Misdemeanor.


The Naperville Police wish to remind the public and the news media that a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
