Police Arrest Suspect for Criminal Trespass to Land
NAPERVILLE, Il — On Saturday, February 10th at approximately 3:30 a.m. Naperville Police Officers responded to the 900 Block of Fairway Drive for the report of a male subject in a female victim’s bedroom. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival, and there were no injuries during this incident. Naperville Police Department Crime Scene Technicians and Investigators developed a suspect in this case and hours later took Deonte Ware, 23, of the 1400 block of Fairway Drive into custody. The DuPage County States Attorney’s Office approved charges for Criminal Trespass to Land, a Class 4 Felony.
The Naperville Police wish to remind the public and the news media that a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
