Aurora Avenue Lane Closures and Detours

The developer on the southeast corner of Aurora Avenue and Main Street for Charleston Row II has been making utility connections within the Aurora Avenue pavement between Main Street and Washington Street throughout late September.  Due to an unknown utility conflict, a portion of the utility work will be extended to Tuesday, October 1 and Wednesday, October 2. Aurora Avenue will be open to eastbound only traffic between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A detour for westbound Aurora Avenue traffic from Washington Street will be posted on Hillside Road and West Street.

Aurora Avenue will be re-opened to two-way traffic outside of the work hours. Dates are subject to change based on weather and unforeseen construction conditions.
