Naperville Police Department Investigate Early Morning Gas Station Armed Robbery

At approximately 3 a.m. today, December 9, Naperville Police Department responded to the area of Route 59 and 111th Street for a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that two offenders had entered a gas station and one offender displayed a handgun. The offenders took an undisclosed amount of merchandise from the store.

The offenders in this incident are described as the following: Suspect #1, black male 6’00”, medium build, wearing a sweatshirt and possessing a handgun; Suspect #2, black male 6’00”, medium build, wearing a sweatshirt.

Both suspects were last seen leaving the scene westbound on 111th Street in a dark colored passenger vehicle.
