Naperville Fire Department Regretfully Reports Off-Duty Passing of a Firefighter
It is with profound sadness the Naperville Fire Department reports the off duty passing of one of our own. Firefighter Paramedic Alexander Gard was a two-year member of the Naperville Fire Department, served the residents of Naperville out of our fire station 2, and was respected by all. Firefighter Paramedic Gard was a member of our department’s union, Local 4302. Please keep the Gard Family, City of Naperville community and Naperville Fire Department in your thoughts, as we mourn the loss of an outstanding firefighter and loved member. Arrangements will be forthcoming.
