Naperville Police Arrest Naperville Man on Felony Child Pornography Charges

On Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021 the Naperville Police Department arrested Devon Tyk Ledoux, 22, of the 100 block of East Bailey Road, Naperville. Tyk Ledoux is charged with six felony counts that include three counts of Child Pornography – Reproduce or Distribute – Video (Class X) and three counts of Child Pornography – Possess Visual Reproduction on Computer – Video (Class 2).

This investigation was initiated in January of 2021 after the Naperville Police Department received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The subsequent investigation led to charges against Tyk Ledoux in this incident.

The Naperville Police wish to remind the public and the news media that a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
