Fire Pension Fund Board

The City of Naperville has established a firefighters’ pension fund for the benefit of its firefighters and their surviving spouses, children and certain other dependents. A five-member Board of Trustees administers the fund. Two members are appointed by the Mayor, two are elected from among the active participants in the Fund and the final member is elected from the retirees and disabled members of the Fund.  All members of the Board serve three-year terms. The City’s Finance Director serves as the treasurer of the Fund.

Meeting Information

Board meetings are held quarterly on the fourth Wednesday of January, April, July and October at 12 p.m. in the Naperville Employee University (NEU) room in the lower level of the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., unless otherwise noted.
