After reading the below requirements, you may apply for a Sidewalk Contractor Registration, by visiting the City of Naperville Permitting, Plans and Licensing Portal. The Permitting, Plans and Licensing Portal gathers all of the information needed to apply, pay for, and manage permits in one convenient place. It is designed for use on a desktop/laptop computer.

The City of Naperville requires all sidewalk contractors working in the City to register with the Community Services Department.

Regulations regarding this type of registration are detailed in the City's Municipal Codebook (3-5C).
