Dear Naperville e-Bill Customer:
The City is launching a reformatted utility bill in August. This new format represents an updated and expanded source of information for City utility customers regarding their monthly bill. The new format will be available to e-Bill customers starting in October. During the transition some e-Bill customers will not see the detailed consumption data on the e-Bill display. Those customers wishing to have this detail available can contact the Finance Department at (630) 420-6059 and we will send them a courtesy Billing Statement with the consumption detail.

Naperville offers two free and convenient options to pay your utility bills online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The City of Naperville's e-Bill Online Utility Bill Payment service allows you to receive your utility bill by e-mail. You can also view, pay and store your bills online.
This bill payment service requires no commitment whatsoever. You will still receive a paper bill through regular mail, but can opt to pay a single bill or all of them online, one at a time, without linking your bank account to your utility bill account.
Please do not make a utility bill payment online if your service has been disconnected. Online payments will not be applied toward your balance and will not aid in restoration of your service.
