The applicant or owner of the premises in which the tent will be erected must agree to conform with and abide by all the rules, regulations and provisions of the City ordinances pertaining to the installation and maintenance of the tent.

In some instances, Special Events held within the City require additional permits from the Community Services Department and may require approval by the Naperville City Council, which can take up to 60 days.
