Let's Cook with Firefighter Todd!
In our 1st episode, Todd will be making traditional Firehouse Pizza. Episode will air the week of May 3. This recipe makes 2 large pizzas.
Ingredients you will need:
- 2 packets yeast
- sugar
- salt
- olive oil
- bread flour
- pizza sauce
- sausage or pepperoni (or veggies if that's what you prefer)
- whole milk mozzarella (for best taste you will shred your own)
- 16 muenster or pepper jack cheese slices
- oregano
