In response to the resurgence of COVID-19 and with the intention of helping limit exposure and spread of the virus, our lobby is currently closed to the public until Jan. 4, 2021.

The Records Section is responsible for the management and coordination of police records, which includes processing all reports, citations and warrants. Duties of the this section include:

  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests
  • Records Retention and Destruction
  • Processing of Cash Payments (Bond, Fines/Fees)
  • Administration of Parking System
  • Transfer and Verification of Data in Records Management System
  • Distribution of Department Mail
  • Transmittal of Information to County Court Systems
  • Records Expungements
  • Records Checks
  • Customer Service (In Person and Telephone)

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
