Power Outages

Never touch a power line or anything touching it. Downed power lines and power outages should be reported to Naperville's Customer Care Center at (630) 420-6060. The Customer Care Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Non-working streetlights should be reported through the Public Works Request Center.
