Contracted Maintenance

Regular inspections and cleaning are essential to maintaining the longevity and flow of our sewer system. To consistently meet our long-term maintenance goals, the City of Naperville has partnered with contracted specialists to assist with this vital work.

Sanitary Sewer Main Cleaning

Naperville Water Department has contracted with Hoerr Construction Inc. to clean the sewer mains in the following neighborhoods:

Brush Hill, Downtown, Century Hill, Shiferler Brothers' Oak Hills, Pembrooke Greens, Kings Terrace, West Highlands, Olympic Terrace, Cress Creek, Brookdale, Terraces of Brookdale Condos, Arbors of Brookdale, Flynn-Lauth Lot 8, Riverbrook West, St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, St. Pattricks, Riverbrook Condos, Riverbrook Center, River West Plaza, River North, Ogden River Subdivision, Maplebrook, Breckenridge Estates, Silver Spring Estates,  Ashbury, Willow Ridge, Heartland, 95th Street Plaza Subdivision, Windmill Village, Sawgrass Winds,  River Run, High Meadow, South Pointe, Wagner Nursery, Crestview Knolls, Woodlake, Burnham Point, Hootsie 90 Subdivision, KCMS Subdivision, Naper Glenn, Stillwater, Paddocks, Orchard Woods, Summerfield, Crosswinds at Mission Oaks, Stillwater Place, Windridge, Woodlake, Glenmuir, Cantore Place, Naper Countryards, Bailey and Satchels Subdivision, Frontier place, Korolukes Sub/ Wheatland Marketplace, Washington Woods, White Eagle Club, Signature Club at Clearwater, Naperville Crossing, and Heatherstone

Sanitary Sewer Main CCTV Inspections

Naperville Water Department has contracted with National Power Rodding Inc. to clean and televise the sewer mains in the following neighborhoods:

Baileywood, Naper Carriage Hill, Farmington, Caroline Woods, University Heights, Springbrook Crossing, Brook Crossing, Rivercrest Estates, Knoch Knolls. Old Farm, Riversmist, and Woods of Rivermist

This program is meant to inspect the condition of the sewer system and collect asset data. The anticipated start date is early August 2026, with projected completion mid-December. View the project maps.

Interceptor Test and Seal - Phase 1

Naperville Water Department has contracted with Hoerr Construction Inc. to test and seal the mainline joints in the T02 Interceptor (phase 1). The interceptor is located in Kinglsey Prairie and Old Farm Park.
