eBill Security Change

As of April 26, 2019, the City's third-party eBill software provider for utility bill payment will be increasing security of its payment portal. After this date, eBill will support only operating systems and web browsers that use Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.2, a protocol used to transmit data securely over the Internet. Earlier TLS versions no longer meet industry best practices for secure transmission of financial information. To view the list of TLS 1.2 compatibility requirements, please click here.

Pay your utility bill automatically by having the total amount of your bill deducted from your checking or savings account at a bank, credit union, or savings and loan. Bank draft eliminates late payments and associated penalty fees. Bank draft is free, with no monthly or enrollment fees.

Call (630) 420-6059 to have a bank-draft form mailed to your home, or download a Bank Draft Application.

To cancel Bank Draft, please send a written request to the Finance Department at 400 S. Eagle St., Naperville, IL 60540 or fax to (630) 305-6226. Please allow 30 days for the change to take effect.
