2. Budget Billing
With budget billing, you can plan on paying the same amount for your utility service every month with an annual settle-up review. Budget billing is based on the average utility bill for the previous year. If your utility charges should increase during the current year, the budget amount would be increased. If you are interested in budget billing, contact a customer service representative at (630) 420-6059, or download a Budget Billing Application. Please be advised that the account must remain in good standing in order to remain enrolled in budget billing. Accounts that have been removed from budget billing due to delinquent payment may not re-enroll for a period of six (6) months. Accounts that have been removed from budget billing twice may not re-enroll.
