3. In Person/Mail/Phone

Payments may be made in person at the Finance Department counter during normal business hours. There is also a 24/7 drive-thru, drop-off box located in the lower parking garage of the Municipal Center.

Payments may be mailed to the Finance Department, 400 S. Eagle Street, Naperville, IL 60540-5279.

Utility payments may be made by phone with a credit card using the automated system by calling (630) 420-6059, which is available 24/7. If your payment is past due, please speak with an agent during normal business hours to provide your confirmation number.  If your utility service is disconnected, please speak with an agent prior to making payment.

Some non-utility payments may be paid by phone by calling (630) 420-6059 during normal business hours to speak with an agent.
