New eBill Portal NOW LIVE

The City’s new and improved eBill portal is live. Click here to enroll now. 

ACTION NEEDED FOR CURRENT EBILL CUSTOMERS

To maintain uninterrupted eBill service, current users must re-enroll in the new system with a new username and password before January 1, 2026. Users who do not re-enroll before January 1 will revert to paper billing.

To enroll, you will need your account number, exactly as it appears on your bill (including dashes), and your ZIP code. Once enrolled, you can set up a new profile and account preferences, including autopay.

Current autopay users: The old eBill system is being deactivated, so January payments will not autodeduct. Please enroll in the new portal and set up auto-pay again to ensure your January payment is processed.
