Naperville Electric Utility customers have the right to interconnect their own solar facilities to the City’s utility distribution system. Weatherization Upgrades

The City is offering incentives for homeowners who install energy-efficient attic insulation and replace single-pane windows for up to $2,500 for each incentive. Attic insulation and multi-pane windows prevent air leakage, helping keep your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, while saving energy and money on your utility bill.
